END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ValoStats for personal, non-commercial use.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App without authorization;
• Use the App for any purpose that violates Riot Games' Terms of Service beyond what is inherently disclosed in Section 3 of the Terms of Service;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding in the App.

3. OWNERSHIP

The App and all associated intellectual property remain the property of the developer. This license does not transfer ownership.

4. THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS

Valorant, Riot Games, and all related logos and trademarks are property of Riot Games, Inc. This App is an independent, unofficial project and claims no ownership over these properties.

5. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the App.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY & RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

This software interacts with Valorant's game client through methods not officially sanctioned by Riot Games (see Terms of Service, Section 3). You acknowledge this risk as a condition of this license and use the App entirely at your own risk, including risk to your Riot Games account standing.

7. UNSIGNED SOFTWARE

This software is distributed without an expensive commercial code-signing certificate. You acknowledge your operating system may flag it as from an unverified publisher.
