By downloading, installing, or using ValoStats ("the App") or visiting this companion website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. WHAT THIS APP DOES

The App displays Valorant game data, player analytics, AI tactical coach recommendations, and statistics.

• Static Content: Agent portraits, maps, weapons, and rank icons are retrieved from valorant-api.com, an independent, unofficial source unaffiliated with Riot Games.
• Player Statistics & Live Telemetry: Retrieved by reading data from your local Valorant game client socket and lockfile while it is running on your machine. This method is NOT part of Riot Games' official documented API and is NOT authorized or endorsed by Riot Games.

3. THIRD-PARTY RISK — READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY

Riot Games' Terms of Service govern what third-party tools are permitted to interact with your Valorant account and game client. This App interacts with your client outside Riot's official, documented, and authorized methods. As a direct result:

• Your Riot/Valorant account may be subject to action by Riot Games, up to and including suspension or termination, for using this App.
• This risk applies to YOUR account, not to the developers of this App.
• The developer of this App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games in any way.
• Riot Games can change client behavior or lockfile encryption at any time without notice, which may break this App's functionality with no warning.

BY USING THIS APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THIS RISK ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. THE DEVELOPER ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACCOUNT ACTION TAKEN BY RIOT GAMES AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THIS APP.

4. NO WARRANTY

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to functionality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer does not guarantee the App will continue to function, as it depends on unofficial data sources that may change or be discontinued without notice.

5. UNSIGNED SOFTWARE NOTICE

This application is distributed as free community software and is not digitally signed with a commercial EV code-signing certificate. Your operating system (Windows SmartScreen) or antivirus software may display warnings when installing or running it. You are responsible for evaluating that notice before proceeding.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use of the App — including but not limited to account suspension, data loss, or system issues.

7. NO AFFILIATION WITH RIOT GAMES

This App is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by Riot Games or any of its affiliates. Valorant and all related properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
